1. HealUrBody Herbal Protein Powder- 10 gms
2. Papaya- 80 gms
3. Coconut milk- 40 ml
4. Dry dates (Chowary)- 10 gms
5. Cow’s milk- 250 ml
6. HealUrBody Organic Desi Khaand- 2 tbsp
7. Milkmaid- 1 tbsp
8. Desi ghee (made from cow milk)- 1tbsp
9. Cashew nut- 10 gms
10. Raisins- 10 gms
11. Coconut, small pieces- 10 gms
12. Green Cardamom- 1
13. Zeera (cumin seeds)- pinch
14. HealUrBody Sendha Namak- pinch
1. Pressure cook papaya along with coconut milk for 5 minutes. After pressure cooking condenses it further by cooking on a low flame.
2. Mix HealUrBody Herbal Protein Powder and milk in a blender. Cook this mixture along with chowary till it becomes half in volume.
3. Add HealUrBody Organic Desi Khaand and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
4. Now add papaya pulp and milk milkmaid to the above mixture.
5. Fry cashew nuts, raisins and coconut pieces and add to papaya pulp.
6. Add a pinch of HealUrBody Sendha Namak, cumin seeds and green cardamom seeds to the above mixture.
Serve garnished with grated coconut powder.
