• Cut potato into 4 pieces; boil in the pressure cooker (up to 1 whistle).
• After cooling remove the outer cover.
• Cut Kacha Kela / green banana into 3 equal pieces each, boil in a pan and peel off the outer cover after boiling. Grind in a grinder.
• Fry the potatoes using hot olive oil after mixing with a small quantity of HealUrBody turmeric powder and HealUBody Rock salt on a low flame.
• In a bowl take rice flour, HEALURBODY PROTEIN, ground kacha kela, 1/2tsp HealUrBody turmeric powder, black cumin seeds, HealUrBody Rock salt and HealUrBody Desi Khaand and mix well, Make small kofta balls.
• Heat oil in a fry pan and deep fry to golden brown color on a medium flame.
• In a separate bowl, add HealUrBody cumin powder, HealUrBody Red chilli powder, HealUrBody Coriander powder, HealUrBody turmeric powder, and bay leaf with a small quantity of water to make a paste.
• For gravy heat 1/2 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan, add panch phuran and stir well till golden brown in color.
• Then add paste prepared in step 7 and continue frying till oil separates.
• Then add fried potato in a pan, stir for 5 minutes and add 2 cups of warm water and bring it to a boil.
• Then add banana balls, roasted garam masala & ghee in a pan, after 2 minutes turn off the flame and keep it covered. Garnish with coriander leaves.
